Thank you for purchasing our LED products. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please review the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
- Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You may request a return within 7days of receiving the product (unless otherwise stated for specific items).
Condition:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and free from damage or modifications.
Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made or specially ordered LED products (e.g., tailored sizes/colors).
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents.
- Refund Process
Request Submission: Contact our support team at sales001@tbdled.com with your order details and reason for return.
Approval: We will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping:
For defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping costs.
For non-defective returns: Customer pays return shipping.
Refund Issuance: Once the returned item is inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment source (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Warranty & Defective Products
